What is the difference Between Dll and Exe in .Net?

EXE -
1.Its a executable file.
2.When the computer begins a new exe then a new process begins.

DLL -
1.Dynamic Link Library
2.The Dll is called depending on the calling of the thread.

Dll can't executes/run it's own but EXE can
