Try these steps consecutively till you get it working.
Normally it can be a syntax error.Check syntax if you are you using dynamic sql.
Check the name of tables, columns and the structure of the tables involved in the procedure.
One table or one or more columns the some tables are missing, maybe privileges.
Create a new version of procedure to extract the sql statement, compile and run new version and test the sql statement generated by the procedure.
Drop the procedure and recreate it. This should work if step 1-4 are correct.
